Our Story

---

You know the feeling — the alarm, the rush, the coffee you don't remember drinking. Everyone has their own version of the rush. Mine was New York City.

I spent my whole life there: moving fast and early, past the bakeries at dawn with the smell of fresh bread in the cold morning air. Everything else in the city was already rushing. But that smell stopped me — right in the middle of the rush. A moment between. It still does.

Then I moved out near Philadelphia, and something unexpected happened: I learned to slow down. Coffee without the rush. Mornings without the noise. And I started wondering what would happen if the two could meet — the flavors I loved, kept; the pace, gently set aside.

Unhurried is that meeting place. It's built for the moments between the rush — wherever you live, whatever your rush looks like. The bread you mix the night before and bake while the coffee brews. The pause before the day starts asking things of you.

The 212 Collection is where my story started — the city's flavors, made for slow kitchens. But the morning it makes? That one's yours.

You don't have to leave your life to find the morning. You just have to notice the moments between — and linger a little longer in them.
